The first-ever Big Half, organised by London Marathon, is taking place on Sunday 4th March 2018. It’s going to become the annual half marathon everybody wants to be a part of, just weeks ahead of the London Marathon and we want you to be a part of it!
We’ve got exclusive and sought-after places to offer that will give you the chance to run the closed streets of London, starting at the iconic Tower Bridge and ending at the historic Cutty Sark.

Nutrition tips from Rima Chai who has completed 70 marathons!
1.Eat & hydrate well at least 3 days before. 
Eating and drinking the night before is too late
- I use Zero tablets. 
- As these are walkers suggest eating on the move - sandwiches, flapjacks. Save the sweeties for the last couple of miles. Sugar is good for short bursts; fat is great for endurance"
