Our Silver Days are designed for everyone who is 45 years or older.
They are suited for all fitness levels, whether you have never exercised before or are already a regular exerciser.
Meet new friends and get healthy doing it!
Our aim is to encourage as many older people as possible to start, get back into or continue to exercise. We have a variety of activities on offer so that everyone finds something he/she enjoys.
We have a lovely team of volunteers who will welcome you and can answer any questions you may have. Our instructors are all fully qualified and always aim to integrate all fitness levels in the sessions.
Currently we offer Silver Days in 12 locations in London. We don’t have any new venues coming up at the moment but check back for an update on this.
